Food Fusion Ventures LLC seeks an Event & Catering Manager in Houston, TX to consult with customers to determine objectives and requirements for events. Review menus and recipes. Prepare event quotes and bills. Coordinate details with event site. Attend and monitor event activities. Perform some food preparation or service tasks when necessary. Train, schedule, and monitor staff. Maintain inventory and order supplies. Requirements: Associate’s degree in any field (will accept Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of college courses - foreign equivalent accepted) and 24 months’ experience in job offered or related experience.
